Questions about official Lake County criminal records belong with the office that created or keeps the record. The contacts below distinguish court files at the shared Trial Court counter from sheriff reports and Detention Center booking records, while statewide criminal-history checks remain with Michigan State Police.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private resource cannot retrieve records, perform an official check, correct a state entry, or accept a Michigan set-aside filing. Contact the appropriate public custodian.
